Current possibilities in treating food allergy and food intolerance

The article presents modern data about food allergy and food intolerance, discusses the terminology and classification, factors of the development of food allergy and intolerance, their clinical signs and diagnostic specificities. The role of diet therapy in treatment of food allergy is shown.
