From the history of Russian cuisine. Part 4. Troubles and successes of Russian cuisine

The article deals with the main achievements of modern Russian traditional cuisine that must be kept, its drawbacks, that need to be overcome, and lost traditions that should be restored. The idea of creating commercial brand “Russian cuisine” is also being considered.
