Conjugated linoleic acid in diet therapy of obesity: the state of the problem

The article analyzes the results of clinical studies of the effect of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on the composition of a human body mass, discusses data of meta-analysis of clinical studies of CLA effectiveness in obese patients, and determines the expediency of including dietary sources of CLA in diet therapy of patients with overweight and obesity.
