This article discusses the main maxillofacial disorders in children with cerebral palsy and the possibilities of orthodontic (and orthognathic) correction of pathological changes developed at different stages in these patients. A multidisciplinary approach to treatment and the use of state-of-the-art techniques and materials ensure positive results, significantly increasing patients’ quality of life, their social adaptation, and motivating them to improve other functions.
